Floor Load; Noise. Section 7.01. Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Demised Premises which exceeds the load per square foot which such floor was designed to carry (50 lbs. live per square foot) and which is allowed by law. Section 7.02. Business machines and mechanical equipment belonging to Tenant which cause noise, vibration or any other nuisance that may be transmitted to the structure or other portions of the Building or to the Demised Premises, to such a degree as to be reasonably objectionable to Landlord or which interfere with the use or enjoyment by other tenants of their premises or the public portions of the Building, shall be placed and maintained by Tenant, at Tenant's expense, in settings of cork, rubber or spring type vibration eliminators sufficient to eliminate such objectionable or interfering noise or vibration.
