Common use of Floor Load Clause in Contracts

Floor Load. Tenant shall not place or permit to be placed upon any floor of the Premises any item of any nature the weight of which shall exceed such floor’s rated floor load limit unless additional floor loads are approved in writing by Landlord in advance. Landlord represents and warrants to Tenant that the floor load of the Premises is 100 pounds per square foot live load.
