Common use of Floor Loading Clause in Contracts

Floor Loading. Lessee shall not bring upon the Leased Premises or any part thereof any machinery, equipment, article or thing that by reason of its weight or size might damage the Leased Premises and will not at any time overload the floors of the Leased Premises and if any damage is caused to the Leased Premises by any machinery, equipment, article or thing or by overloading or by any act, neglect or misuse on the part of Lessee or any of its invitees, agents or employees or any person having business with Lessee, Lessee will forthwith pay to Lessor the cost of making good the same.
