Common use of Floor Loading Clause in Contracts

Floor Loading. No Owner shall place on any part of the floors of the Development or in any lifts any article, machinery, goods or merchandise which may cause the maximum floor or lift loading-bearing capacity thereof (as specified on such floor or lift) to be exceeded and in the event of breach of this covenant the Owner in default shall make good any damage caused thereby to that part of the Development or any fixtures and fittings therein.
