Common use of Floor Loading Clause in Contracts

Floor Loading. The emplacement of any equipment which will impose an evenly distributed floor load in excess of 50 pounds per square foot shall be done only after written permission is received from the Landlord. Such permission will be granted only after adequate proof is furnished by a professional engineer that such floor loading will not endanger the Building's structure or systems.
