Floors. 1. Ceramic tile, marble and terrazzo floors to be swept and buffed nightly and washed or scrubbed as necessary. 2. Asphalt, vinyl, rubber or other composition floors and bases to be swept nightly using dust down preparation; such floors in public areas on multiple tenancy floors to be waxed and buffed monthly. 3. Tile floors in office areas will be waxed and buffed monthly. 4. All floors stripped and rewaxed as necessary. 5. All carpeted areas and rugs to be vacuum cleaned nightly. 6. Carpet shampooing will be performed at Tenant’s request and billed to Tenant. 7. Carpets will be spot cleaned on a nightly basis.
