Flooring colors include: ArborArt #TP029 “Weathered Oak Golden Xxxxx” in 8”x36” planks; and, Earthcuts #TP507 “Color Wash Gold” in 18”x18” squares. Layout shall be as specified on the Drawings.

SALES AREA. Standard retail area illumination shall be 2' x 2' Xxxxxxxx XXX00-000X-XXX-XXX indirect recessed fluorescent fixtures and Progress P8825-01 pendant lamps with P5198-09 stem. Average illumination at 3'-0" above finished floor shall be 45 ft-c maintained while consuming a maximum of 1.8 W per square foot. Location of all primary fluorescent ceiling and pendant lamps shall be as designated on the Drawings. All light fixtures shall have energy-efficient electronic ballasts with a minimum power factor of 90%. Furnish and install a complete set of 24 W high-output T-5 lamps with 4100 K color temperature. Use compact fluorescent lamps in the type F6C pendant fixtures installed directly over each checkout register. Coordinate locations with the PLCB prior to installation.

SALES AREA. I, the Merchant understand that I must provide my own sales area and costume and it must be approved by Shrewsbury Renaissance Faire in advance. Included in this sales area will be an appropriate sign made of wood or other similar appropriate durable material that best represents the time period, my business and the Shrewsbury Renaissance Faire. I also agree to fashion my booth with an Elizabethan Renaissance style that covers exposed pipes, tables, or modern looking implements.
SALES AREA. I, the Merchant agree to provide a photo of my sales area/booth, business sign, myself, and any employees in appropriate costuming with my application. I understand that submitted photographs are non returnable unless I provide a SASE with my application and that I must submit new photos whenever significant changes occur. I also understand that if I do not submit photos that include my sales area and costume for approval with my application, I may be refused to set up at the Shrewsbury Renaissance Faire if my sales area and/or costuming are not suitable for the ambiance of the Faire. I will receive no refund of my booth space fees. I understand all photos are due with the submission of this application. 1. PEACE TIES: I, the Merchant agree to peace tie any weapons I am authorized to sell at the time of sale. I will not sell any weapon that can not be peace tied. If I am unsure of what peace tying is or how to acceptably peace tie a weapon I will contact the Production Director before faire or the On Site Production Management at faire for an explanation before selling it. I also understand that it is a crime to sell weapons of any kind to a minor without parental consent in the State of Oregon. I understand that selling a weapon to a minor (under 18) without parental consent is against Oregon State Law and selling a weapon without a peace tie is forbidden by Shrewsbury Renaissance Faire. I understand that if myself, or any of my employees sell a weapon to a minor this will result in On Site Production Management closing my booth for the duration of faire.

All columns to be exposed steel (as allowed by code), prepared for paint finish, painted per plans, with 48” high stainless steel wrap (except columns in carpeted furniture area). If column is wide flange type, fill column base with to 42” AFF, top off with concrete from 42” to 48” AFF (finish top). Roof drains to have similar stainless steel wrap. Purchase stainless steel wraps from VENDOR 4 (order must be placed six (6) weeks prior to turnover date. Purchase paint from VENDOR 26. 8.4. Ceiling to be exposed roof deck, beams, and joists, exposed ductwork and sprinkler system prepared for paint finish, painted per plans. Bottom of steel to be at AFF (minimum), no exposed insulation. No roof supported systems shall be any lower than AFF (ductwork, conduits, etc.). Purchase paint from VENDOR 26. 8.5. Lighting to be exposed two (2) lamp, 96” high output fluorescent strip lights with electronic ballasts and lamps. Install per plans.
