FLOTATION BEDDING. In the event Tenant(s) use(s) a flotation bedding system in the residence, and, provided that the flotation bedding system is not violative of applicable building codes, the Landlord will require Tenant(s) to carry in the Tenant(s)’s name Flotation Insurance, as is standard in the industry in an amount deemed reasonable to protect the Tenant(s) and Owner against personal injury and property damage to the residence. In any case the policy shall carry a loss payable clause to the Owner of the residence.

FLOTATION BEDDING. In the event that Xxxxxx uses a flotation bedding system in the Premises, provided that the flotation bedding system does not violate building codes, Owner will, as a condition of such use, require Tenant to carry in Tenant’s name, and at Tenant’s expense, flotation insurance, as is standard in the Industry, in an amount deemed reasonable to protect the Tenant and Owner and Condominium Association against personal injury and property damage to the Premises. FLOTATION BEDDING. Before a flotation bed can be placed in the premises, Tenant must notify Manager so he or she can inspect and ensure that the bed complies with all applicable building codes pursuant to FS 83.535. If the flotation bed is code compliant and Tenant places one in the premises, Tenant shall carry insurance that covers loss and damage to person or property in the premises in the amount of not less than $25,000 payable to the property owner. Tenant shall ensure the insurance policy names the Manager and property owner as an additional insured. No other flotation furniture is permitted.

If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • -wire Unbundled Digital/DS0 Loop These are designed 4-wire Loops that may be configured as 64kbps, 56kbps, 19kbps, and other sub-rate speeds associated with digital data services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR.

  • Signaling Link Transport 9.2.1 Signaling Link Transport is a set of two or four dedicated 56 kbps transmission paths between Global Connection-designated Signaling Points of Interconnection that provide appropriate physical diversity.

  • Integrated Digital Loop Carriers The feeder portion of some loops may be provide by means of Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC). IDLC provides a fiber optic cable transmission path that travels directly into BellSouth’s central office local switch. Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service.

  • Loop Makeup Response Time - Electronic This report measures the average interval and the percent within the interval from the electronic submission of a Loop Makeup Service Inquiry (LMUSI) to the distribution of Loop Makeup information back to the CLEC. Exclusions Manually submitted inquiries Canceled Requests Business Rules The response interval starts when the CLEC’s Mechanized Loop Makeup Service Inquiry (LMUSI) is submitted electronically through the Operational Support Systems interface, TAG. It ends when BellSouth’s Loop Facility Assignment and Control System (LFACS) responds electronically to the CLEC with the requested Loop Makeup data via the TAG Interface. LSRs submitted via LENs will be reflected in the results for the TAG interface.
