FLSA 7(g) (Pilot Program. (a) “The parties agree that the City may assign work in the below listed jobs (hereafter referred to as “7(g) work”) to be performed by bargaining unit employees at overtime rates less than the rates established for regular work normally performed by bargaining unit employees as firefighter/paramedics. (b) For the purpose of this agreement, the parties agree that the following jobs qualify as such 7(g) work and shall be assigned by the Chief of the Fire Department or his/her representative: • Fire Prevention (excluding ▇.▇.▇.▇. & Fire prevention week) • Liquor inspections (c) The straight time hourly rate for 7(g) work will be fourteen dollars and zero cents ($14.00) an hour. An employee assigned to 7(g) work shall be compensated at a rate of one and half (1.5) times the established 7(g) work straight time hourly rate during assigned work hours (i.e. $14.00 x 1.5 = $21.00).   • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • HEALTH PROGRAM 3701 Health examinations required by the Employer shall be provided by the Employer and shall be at the expense of the Employer. 3702 Time off without loss of regular pay shall be allowed at a time determined by the Employer for such medical examinations and laboratory tests, provided that these are performed on the Employer’s premises, or at a facility designated by the Employer. 3703 With the approval of the Employer, a nurse may choose to be examined by a physician of her/his own choice, at her/his own expense, as long as the Employer receives a statement as to the fitness of the nurse from the physician. 3704 Time off for medical and dental examinations and/or treatments may be granted and such time off, including necessary travel time, shall be chargeable against accumulated income protection benefits.

  • First Source Hiring Program Contractor must comply with all of the provisions of the First Source Hiring Program, Chapter 83 of the San Francisco Administrative Code, that apply to this Agreement, and Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 83.

  • Management Plan The Management Plan is the description and definition of the phasing, sequencing and timing of the major Individual Project activities for design, construction procurement, construction and occupancy as described in the IPPA.
