Union Bulletin Boards. The Employer will provide bulletin boards in each building which may be used by the Union for posting notices of the following types:
Union Bulletin Boards. The Employer agrees to furnish and maintain suitable bulletin boards in convenient places. The Union shall limit its posting to official notices and bulletins of the Union to such bulletin boards.
Union Bulletin Boards. The Employer shall provide a bulletin board at each regular assembly point for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union. The use of such bulletin boards shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union. Such information shall be posted by and removed by a designated xxxxxxx.
Union Bulletin Boards. The Union may supply each store with a bulletin board not to exceed two (2) feet by three (3) feet in size for the purpose of posting notices of official Union business. Bulletin boards shall not be used to post notices of a political or adversarial nature. The implementation of this program shall be coordinated by the Company’s Labor Relations Department.
Union Bulletin Boards. In each facility or off-site office, the Employer will continue to provide bulletin board(s). The Union is permitted to use space adjacent to the bulletin boards for one (1) information folder. At the Union’s option, the Employer provided bulletin board(s) may be replaced by a locked, covered bulletin board furnished by the Employer. The Union will reimburse the Agency for the cost of the bulletin board. Key access will be provided to the Superintendent. Material posted on bulletin boards or in the information folders will be the responsibility of the Union, will relate only to Union activities or issues, and will be appropriate to the workplace, politically non-partisan, in compliance with state ethics laws, and identified as Union literature. No Union materials will be posted on Employer property except on the assigned bulletin board space, or in the information folders.
Union Bulletin Boards. The Union shall have a right to bulletin board space in the offices of the Employer, its agencies, contractors, or subcontractors that individual providers necessarily frequent due to work-related business. The Union shall be solely responsible for the costs and maintenance of all bulletin boards. The Union will provide bulletin boards (no larger than two feet by three feet [2’x3’]). The bulletin boards will be clearly marked as Union bulletin boards and will be maintained by Union worker representatives and/or Union staff. Union communications may not be posted in any other location or agency. The parties agree that the Union and the Employer or its agencies, contractors or subcontractors (whichever is appropriate), will discuss the location in the facility for the Union bulletin board, and if they are unable to agree on a location the Employer will attempt to remedy the situation, appropriate to their subcontracted agent. The Employer shall inform contractors and subcontractors of the rights of the Union to bulletin board space.
Union Bulletin Boards. (a) Placing of Bulletin Boards A bulletin board shall be placed in each district by the Company which may be used by the Union for posting notices of the following types:
Union Bulletin Boards. The Employer agrees that the Union will install and maintain a reasonable number of bulletin boards on University premises for posting of Unifor and its Local 5555’s material.
Union Bulletin Boards. The Employer will provide sufficient bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union. The location of these facilities will be decided by mutual agreement at the local level. If mutual agreement cannot be reached at this level, the matter will be referred to the Labour/Management Committee.
Union Bulletin Boards. The Highway Patrol shall provide a suitable bulletin board or an appropriate alternative space for the use of the Union at each work facility for the purpose of posting bulletins, notices and other materials affecting the employees in the bargaining unit. The posting of any Union materials shall be restricted to such bulletin board space except that, in each work location where a bulletin board is not provided for the Union, the Highway Patrol shall designate an appropriate alternative space where such materials may be posted. Any material posted will be dated and signed by the appropriate Union and Patrol representative prior to such posting. Each Patrol facility may, at the Union’s discretion, have a Union information book containing information affecting Union members to be maintained by the Post/Facility Xxxxxxx. The Union agrees not to post or place in the Union information book any material which is profane, obscene or defamatory to the Employer, its representatives, or any individual, or which constitutes campaign material between competing employee organizations. The Union representative and facility administrator shall be held responsible for maintaining the accuracy and ethical standards of any material posted pursuant to this Article. The Union representative or facility administrator shall remove any materials in violation of this Article. The unresolved posting of any material at a Patrol facility may be referred to the Office of Collective Bargaining for final resolution.
