FOL Database. Each Party shall provide or provide access to copies of the UBS Financials Online report in its possession to the other Party promptly (and in any event within two (2) Business Days) following the request by such other Party, including the information relating to the stock options, restricted stock and similar securities granted to the employees of each Party prior to the Effective Time. Any Party making a request for FOL reports, including the information relating to the stock options, restricted stock and similar securities granted to the employees of each Party prior to the Effective Time shall provide clear parameters for the FOL reports being requested.
