Follow-up Report. Upon the first meeting of Braskem’s Board of Directors after the signature of this Agreement, the members of BRK’s and Braskem’s Board of Directors must define the content, form and periodicity of the Follow- up Reports of the Business Plan and accounting, financial and tax statements that shall be supplied to such members and the Parties. The determination by the members of the Board of Directors of BRK and Braskem as to the content, form and periodicity shall take into account the access needs to such information by each Party, within the criteria of necessity of follow-up of the performance of the Companies, or of legal, accounting or regulatory necessity. As long as the criteria set forth herein are respected, the requests submitted by each member of the Board of Directors during their first meeting after the signature of this Agreement shall be accepted by all other Directors and shall be performed by the Companies in the periodicity defined (“Follow-up Report”). As regards the accounting information, the Parties agree that the minimum information and the terms set out in Exhibit 10.13 shall be observed.
Follow-up Report. In the event that any HUD Mortgage Loan has not been liquidated by the date of submission of the final Post-Sale Report, the Purchaser shall cause the Successor Servicer to provide post-sale reporting to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ on the status of the HUD Mortgage Loans on the earlier of (A) five (5) Business Days prior to the next quarterly due date after which all of the HUD Mortgage Loans purchased have been liquidated and/or have received six (6) consecutive on-time payments; or (B) five (5) Business Days prior to the second (2nd) anniversary of the Post-Sale Reporting Period End Date (the “Follow-Up Report”). The Follow-Up Report shall be provided in the same format as the Post-Sale Report set forth in Exhibit J attached hereto.
Follow-up Report. Two (2) years after the Business Entity has completed the construction associated with this Project, the Agency will provide FDOT with the actual number of new, permanent, full-time jobs created by the Business Entity.
Follow-up Report. A follow-up report must be completed by the Exhibitor at the close of the Exhibit and sent to ITHF&M. It is essential that the following material be included in the report: o attendance figures for the exhibition o three (3) copies of any printed matter relating to the exhibition (i.e.: invitations, press releases, posters, brochures, exhibition reviews and listings) o photographs of the installation and if possible, photographs of the opening and special events

  • Monthly Report A. A Monthly Report shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation. Each Monthly Report shall be signed, dated, and certified by Concessionaire, Concessionaire’s Bookkeeper, or Accountant, and contain a Statement of Total Gross Receipts, excluding New Jersey State Sales Tax, derived by Concessionaire from operation of the Concession during the previous month. Each Monthly Report shall be based on the daily “Z” tapes or Point-of-Service (POS) device equivalent for that same month showing each day’s sales activity. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to provide the Monthly Report, when due, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. Concessionaire shall provide Department with any additional written clarification and/or information necessary to confirm the accuracy of any or all of Concessionaire’s Monthly Reports. B. The signed, dated and certified Monthly Report must be submitted, in the Department- approved format, within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation.

  • CMI/RAI MDS Report Recognizing the mutual objective of quality resident care, the Employer agrees to meet through the Union Management Committee with the Union as soon as practicable after the receipt of the annual CMI/RAI MDS report. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with staffing levels, and staffing mix information; the impact of related payroll costs on staffing levels and a written notice of the CMI/RAI MDS report for the facility. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the impact of the CMI/RAI MDS report on the staffing levels in the Home, quality resident care, and provide the Union with an opportunity to make representation in that regard. The parties shall meet as necessary to discuss other changes or workload issues. The parties may invite additional participants to attend the meeting to support constructive review and discussion.

  • SUBMISSION OF THE MONTHLY MI REPORT 4.1 The completed MI Report shall be completed electronically and returned to the Authority by uploading the electronic MI Report computer file to MISO in accordance with the instructions provided in MISO. 4.2 The Authority reserves the right (acting reasonably) to specify that the MI Report be submitted by the Supplier using an alternative communication to that specified in paragraph 4.1 above such as email. The Supplier agrees to comply with any such instructions provided they do not materially increase the burden on the Supplier.

  • TAX COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE (For Foreign Lenders That Are Not Partnerships For U.S. Federal Income Tax Purposes)

  • Monthly Compliance Certificate Within thirty (30) days after the last day of each month and together with the Monthly Financial Statements, a duly completed Compliance Certificate signed by a Responsible Officer, certifying that as of the end of such month, Borrower was in full compliance with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and setting forth calculations showing compliance with the financial covenants set forth in this Agreement and such other information as Bank shall reasonably request;
