Follow up Survey. JST shall have a right to conduct follow up surveys about the Collaborative Research even after the expiration or termination of the Agreement unless otherwise mutually agreed between the Parties in writing. The Research Institute shall cooperate in good faith when survey is to be implemented by JST.
