Common use of Following Termination Clause in Contracts

Following Termination. Termination will not cancel or waive any fees owed to Company or incurred prior to or upon termination. It will be solely Your responsibility to secure all necessary Data from Your Account prior to termination. Company will not be responsible or otherwise liable for any loss of Your Data or any damages arising from the deletion of Your Data following termination of the Services.
