Common use of Following Termination Clause in Contracts

Following Termination. Termination will not cancel or waive any fees owed to NEC or incurred prior to or upon termination. You agree that NEC may charge such unpaid balance to Your Account on file or otherwise xxxx You for such unpaid balance. Upon termination, You must promptly uninstall all software provided by NEC in connection with the Services. All of Your Data will be irrevocably deleted promptly (as soon as fourteen (14) calendar days) following the termination of this Agreement or the applicable Schedule, including but not limited to, databases, contacts, calendars, e-mail, website content, and any Data hosted by NEC. It will be solely Your responsibility to secure all necessary Data from Your Account prior to termination. NEC will not be responsible or otherwise liable for any loss of Your Data or any damages arising from the deletion of Your Data following termination of the Services.
