Specifications shall be typewritten with one type face, using carbon ribbon or equivalent on bond paper utilizing Greenbook Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Greenbook) format. Developer will furnish only the technical “Special Provisions” section of the Specifications to supplement or modify the Greenbook standards as needed.
