FOOD LAW. Contractor shall operate in accordance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and rules of Federal, State and local authorities, including but not necessarily restricted to a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan. MPS may inspect Contractor’s facilities and vehicles.
FOOD LAW. The Business Sellers (in relation to the Business) and the Company have complied with all applicable laws and regulations having the force of law in the conduct of the operations of the Business Sellers (in relation to the Business) or the Company (as the case may be) in relation to the manufacture, supply and sale of products where non-compliance would lead to a loss or liability in excess of E100,000.
