Common use of FOP REPRESENTATION Clause in Contracts

FOP REPRESENTATION. Section 4.1 Non-employee representative(s) of the FOP shall be admitted to the Employer's facilities for the purpose of processing grievances or attending meetings as permitted herein with prior approval by the Safety/Service Director or his designee. Upon arrival, the FOP representative shall identify himself to the Safety/Service Director or his designee.
