For All Change Orders. No changes or reservations by the CMR to the representations and releases in the Change Order will be allowed. If an agreement is not reached between the CMR and the Board on a Lump Sum or Unit Price Change Order prior to the beginning of the Work, the Board may exercise the option to direct the Change Order Work to proceed based on a Force Account in accordance with Section 3.4.7.3 and a Lump Sum Change Order will be issued to finalize this change. Refusal of the CMR to execute one of a Lump Sum, Unit Price, or Force Account Change Order and proceed promptly with the Work shall be a material breach of this Contract that may be sufficient cause to issue a declaration of default.
