Common use of For Breach Clause in Contracts

For Breach. If a party fails to cure a material breach of this Agreement or an applicable Order Form within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice of the breach, the other party may terminate this Agreement or the applicable Order Form, respectively. Termination of this Agreement will terminate all Order Forms in effect.
