Axon Device Warnings. See xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxx for the most current Axon Device warnings. Design Changes. Axon may make design changes to any Axon Device or Service without notifying Customer or making the same change to Axon Devices and Services previously purchased by Customer. Bundled Offerings. Some offerings in bundled offerings may not be generally available at the time of Customer’s purchase. Axon will not provide a refund, credit, or additional discount beyond what is in the Quote due to a delay of availability or Customer’s election not to utilize any portion of an Axon bundle.

Axon issues Axon Camera System Law Enforcement Warnings Appendix, attached herein as Appendix IX, which can also be found here xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxx for the most current Axon Device warnings. Notwithstanding anything herein, the most current Axon Device Warning will be included in the Offerings and supersedes the Appendix.
