Common use of For Cause by Customer Clause in Contracts

For Cause by Customer. Customer may terminate this Agreement by prior written notice to Grass Valley, if Grass Valley fails to perform any material term or condition of this Agreement, and does not cure such failure within thirty (30) calendar days after Grass Valley’s receipt of written notice from Customer particularly stating the default and Customer’s intention to terminate.
