For Class E headlamps. 1.3.1. Equipped with gas discharge light sources according to Regulation No. 99, with respect to photometric performance, the conformity of mass-produced headlamps shall not be contested when testing photometric performance of any headlamp chosen at random and measured at 13.5 V ± 0.1 V or as otherwise specified: Either equipped with a removable standard gas-discharge light source. The luminous flux of this gas-discharge light source may differ from the reference luminous flux specified in Regulation No. 99. In this case, the illuminances shall be corrected accordingly; or Equipped with the serial production gas-discharge light source and the serial ballast. The luminous flux of this light source may deviate from the nominal luminous flux due to light source and ballast tolerances as specified in Regulation No. 99; accordingly the measured illuminances may be corrected by 20 per cent in the favourable direction; Equipped with LED modules as present in the lamp: with respect to photometric performance, the conformity of mass-produced headlamps shall not be contested when testing photometric performance of any headlamp chosen at random and measured at 13.2 V ± 0.1 V as present in the lamp or as otherwise specified; 1.3.2. No measured value deviates unfavourably by more than 20 per cent from the value prescribed in this Regulation. For values in zone 1, the maximum unfavourable deviation may be respectively:
