Test Results. The employer, upon request from an employee or former employee, will provide the confidential written report issued pursuant to 4.9 of the Canadian Model in respect to that employee or former employee.
Test Results. A. The MRO shall not be an employee of the Board.
B. According to regulations, the MRO shall notify the affected employee of a confirmed positive test result. According to regulations, the MRO shall notify the ADAPM of the test results within three business days of completion of the MRO's review. The ADAPM will notify the employee of confirmed positive and negative test results within three work days following notification of said test results by the MRO.
C. The Board shall use the split sample option and comply with all regulations related to such option. In the instance an employee requests to use the split sample for additional testing, the second test shall govern the test results. The second test will be conducted at a different DHHS certified testing laboratory as directed by the MRO. If the second test is negative, the Board shall pay all costs of the second test. If the second test is positive, the employee shall pay the cost of the second test.
Test Results. A. The results of the testing shall be delivered to the City and the employee tested. An employee whose confirmatory test result is positive shall have the right to request a certified copy of the testing results in which the vendor shall affirm that the test results were obtained using the approved protocol methods. The employee shall provide a signed release for disclosure of the testing results. Refusal to submit to the testing provided for under this Article may be grounds for discipline.
B. The City may suspend the employee without loss of pay before the time the confirmatory test results are complete. If the screening test and confirmatory test are positive, the City may discipline the employee. The use of illicit substances, on or off duty, will ordinarily result in termination. The improper use of prescription drugs and/or alcohol may result in a lesser discipline, depending upon the relevant circumstances. Such discipline must be uniform in its application.
Test Results. This information shall, where practicable, be provided within ten (10) working days of the receipt of YusApuY's request by the Employee Relations Unit.
Test Results. 1.1.2.1. Visual inspection Once the headlamp has been stabilized to the ambient temperature, the headlamp lens and the external lens, if any, shall be cleaned with a clean, damp cotton cloth. It shall then be inspected visually; no distortion, deformation, cracking or change in colour of either the headlamp lens or the external lens, if any, shall be noticeable.
Test Results. The testing vendor will send results to the Employer. A copy of the test results shall be forwarded to the employee by the Employer.
Test Results. Not later than 15 (fifteen) Days after, the Commercial Operation Date, copies of all test results, certified by the engineer, for tests performed on such unit.
Test Results. UNIVERSITY will deliver to COMPANY all observational data, measurements and other results required under the statement of work (“Test Results”). Test Results will be the property of COMPANY. UNIVERSITY will retain copies of Test Results for a minimum of two years after completion of Services.
Test Results. Not later than thirty (30) Days after the date of its Commissioning, copies of all test results, certified by the Engineer, for all Commercial Operations Tests performed on the Facility.
Test Results. University will deliver to Sponsor the test results from the Technical Tests performed as set forth in Appendix A (“Test Results”). Test Results will be the property of Sponsor. Sponsor grants to University a non-exclusive license to use the Test Results for scholarly research, teaching, and analysis within the University, subject to the external publication limitations in Clause 12 - CONFIDENTIALITY/PUBLICATIONS. University retains ownership of all analytical and/or processing procedures or methodologies utilized or developed in the performance of the Project under this Agreement. In no event will University provide expert interpretation or analysis of Test Results under this Agreement. Sponsor will secure by separate research agreement, with University or other third party, the related expert/consultant services that it may require.
