Common use of For CMOs Clause in Contracts

For CMOs. (i) Calls originating in the Network of one Party shall be handed over at the POI connected to the Switch of the other Party to which the called number is designated from time to time by the other Party according to its Numbering Plan; (ii) A Party shall block Calls from the Network of the other Party if such Calls are handed over to that Party otherwise than in accordance with sub-clause (i) above.
