Teams. One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the “Borrowing Agreementâ€) with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point up to 3 days after the date of the official Finish Line Party, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.

Teams. One Rider for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of one Rider, provided such Rider has entered into a Rider Entry Agreement with the Company or has otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Rider to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law.
Teams. Neither party in any negotiations shall have any control over the selection of the bargaining representatives of the other party. The parties mutually pledge that their representatives will be clothed with all necessary power and authority to make proposals, consider proposals, and make concessions in the course of negotiations.
Teams. Each negotiating team shall consist of not more than five (5) persons. The composition of the team shall be in the sole discretion for the respective parties except that both elementary and secondary personnel must be included on the Association team. Consultants used by either party, either in or in conjunction with any such negotiation session or meeting, shall be paid by the party using them.
Teams. The minimums are generally payable to each writer. However, a bona fide team of two (2) writers who agree, prior to employment, to be a team, may split not less than minimum. In addition, a Company may employ a team of 3 writers for no less than 200% of minimum initial compensation (150% in the case of a television team of 3 production executives). No individual writer may receive less than 1/3 of the above increased minimums. Pension and Health ceilings and the Upset Price increase accordingly. Note: There are no teams under aggregate formulas in Appendix A. The minimum initial compensation for a writer shall be the same as the applicable minimum initial compensation for a "free" television program. Where the program is of a type generally produced for network prime time, the network prime time rates are to be utilized.
Teams. No more than seven (7) designated representatives of the Board will meet with no more than seven (7) representatives of the Association. All discussions shall take place exclusively between the Board's designated representatives and the Association's designated representatives. An OEA Consultant may serve as a member of the team upon the request of the Association. A Board member/designee may serve as a member of the Board's team.
Teams. Teams of up to 5 individuals are allowed. All members of your team must meet the eligibility criteria contained in this Participation Agreement. If any member of your team is ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with this Participation Agreement, the team as a whole may be disqualified in The Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each team is solely responsible for its own cooperation and teamwork. The Sponsor will not officiate any dispute between members regarding their conduct, participation, cooperation, contribution, prize sharing or intellectual property ownership. THIS CONTEST IS VOID TO RESIDENTS OF U.S. EMBARGOED COUNTRIES AND IS VOID WHEREVER RESTRICTED BY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FILING OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS, OR IS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. In addition, employees, employers, officers and directors of: (i) IBM, (ii) Judges, (iii) Event and/or event organizers including Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx and XxxxxXxxx and (iv) any advertising and promotion agencies, and those individuals and entities involved in the preparation of materials for, administration and/or execution of this event and/or this Contest (all collectively the “Promotion Entities”), and, and (vi) the immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse, including step and xxxxxx relations) regardless of where they reside, and/or individuals living in the same household (whether or not related) of any of the Promotion Entities are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Prior to registering for the Event, each participant, whether individually or as part of a team, must ensure that he/she is in compliance with any employment or other contract to which he/she is a party on issues such as, but not limited to, eligibility to participate, intellectual property and acceptance of prizes.
