Common use of For Convenience by District Clause in Contracts

For Convenience by District. District may, at any time, with or without reason, terminate this Agreement and compensate Consultant only for services satisfactorily rendered to the date of termination. Written notice by District shall be sufficient to stop further performance of services by Consultant. Notice shall be deemed given when received by the Consultant or no later than three days after the day of mailing, whichever is sooner.

For Convenience by District. District may, at any time, with or without reason, terminate this Agreement and compensate Consultant only for services satisfactorily rendered to the date of termination. Written notice by District shall be sufficient to stop further performance of services by Consultant. Notice shall be deemed given when received by the Consultant or no later than three (3) calendar days after the day of mailing, whichever is sooner.

Written Thirty (30) days’ written notice by District shall be sufficient to stop further performance of services by Consultant. Notice shall be deemed given when received by the Consultant or no later than three (3) calendar days after the day of mailing, whichever is sooner.

District may, at any time, with or without reason, terminate this Agreement or a related Task Order and compensate Consultant only for services Services satisfactorily rendered to the date of termination. Written notice by District shall be sufficient to stop further performance of services Services by Consultant. Notice shall be deemed given when received by the Consultant or no later than three (3) calendar days after the day of mailing, whichever is sooner.

For Convenience by District. District may, at any time, with or without reason, terminate this Agreement for its own convenience and compensate Consultant only for services satisfactorily rendered to the date of termination. Written notice by District shall be sufficient to stop further performance of services by Consultant. Notice shall be deemed given when received by the Consultant or no later than three (3) days after the day of mailing, whichever is sooner.

District may, at any time, with or without reason, terminate this Agreement and compensate Consultant Contractor only for services satisfactorily rendered to the date of termination. Written notice by District shall be sufficient to stop further performance of services by ConsultantContractor. Notice shall be deemed given when received by the Consultant Contractor or no later than three thirty days’ (30) calendar days after the day of mailing, whichever is sooner.

For Convenience by District. District may, at any time, with or without reason, terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice, and compensate Consultant only for services Services satisfactorily rendered up to the date of terminationtermination (i.e., District will compensate Consultant for Services completed to date of termination as a pro-rata amount of the full fees, costs, and expenses). Written notice by the District shall be sufficient to stop further performance of services Services by Consultant.
