Common use of For Convenience Clause in Contracts

For Convenience. The Buyer may terminate this Order in whole, or in part, at any time for any cause and will reimburse the Seller for his reasonable, substantiated, and necessary costs already incurred directly in the performance of this Order prior to the notice of termination, plus a reasonable profit thereon. Buyer shall not be liable for loss of anticipated profits on the Order, or the part thereof, so canceled.
