The Recipient certifies that no Project Funds will be used on telecommunications equipment produced by Huawei Technologies Company or ZTE Corporation (or any subsidiary or affiliate of such entities), telecommunications equipment produced by Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, or Dahua Technology Company (or any subsidiary or affiliate of such entities), or otherwise in violation of 2 CFR 200.216. EXHIBIT E – PAYMENT SCHEDULE‌ See the attached preliminary Payment Schedule dated Date. The final Payment Schedule will be forwarded to the Recipient after all disbursements have been paid and construction of the Project has been completed. EXHIBIT F – TAX CERTIFICATE‌ F.1 Purpose.‌ The purpose of this Exhibit F is to establish the reasonable expectations of the Recipient regarding the Project and the Project Funds, and is intended to be and may be relied upon for purposes of Sections 103, 141 and 148 of the Code and as a certification described in Section 1.148-2(b)(2) of the Treasury Regulations. This Exhibit F sets forth certain facts, estimates and circumstances which form the basis for the Recipient’s expectation that neither the Project nor the Bond Funded Portion of the Project Funds is to be used in a manner that would cause the Obligation to be classified as “arbitrage bonds” under Section 148 of the Code or “private activity bonds” under Section 141 of the Code.
