Useful Life of Project. For the purpose of this Agreement, the useful life of any constructed portions of this Project begins upon completion of construction and continues until fifty (50) years thereafter for pipelines and structures and twenty (20) years for all else.
Useful Life of Project. The economic useful life of the Project, commencing at Project Completion, is at least equal to the term of this Agreement, as set forth on Exhibit B hereto.

Useful Life of Project. The Company has had experience as an operator of solid waste disposal facilities relating to agricultural processes. On the basis of this experience and the certified report of an engineer qualified in such matters, X. X. Xxxx & Co., the Company expects that the entire Project, with normal maintenance and repair, will remain in useful economic operating condition for at least 15 years after the date on which it is placed in service.
Useful Life of Project. Artist acknowledges and agrees that the Project may be destroyed at any time, and for any reason, in City’s sole discretion.
Useful Life of Project. Sponsor warrants that the useful life of the project is not less than ten (10) years.

Useful Life of Project. For the purpose of this Agreement, the minimum useful life of any constructed portions of this Project begins upon completion of construction and continues until twenty (20) years thereafter. The useful life refers to the length of time that a funded project must be operated and maintained in order to achieve the environmental outcome identified in the applicable grant agreement. The useful life can also refer to the length of time that the environmental outcome of a funded project will be sustained, after the funded project is no longer operated or maintained.
Useful Life of Project. The District represents that the economic useful life of the MST Project, commencing at Project Completion, is at least equal to the term of the SRF Loan Agreement, as set forth on Exhibit B thereto.
Useful Life of Project. All artistic work incorporated into the IC’s Project plans shall result in work that will have a useful life equal to the life of the Project.
