If either of the indicated metrics receives the grade shown below for more than one percent (1%) of the calls made by a user in a calendar month, Customer will be entitled to a credit for that month equal to 10% of the applicable UCCaaS/Hosted Calling MRC per affected user, limited to one such credit per month.
