Common use of For Lease Signs Clause in Contracts

For Lease Signs. The Landlord shall have the right during the last six (6) months of the Term to place upon the Leased Premises, a notice of reasonable dimensions stating that the Leased Premises are for lease and the Tenant shall not obscure or remove such notice or permit the same to be obscured or removed.
