• INCLEMENT CONDITIONS Section 1.

• Contract Conditions This section contains conditions which shall be complied with during the performance of this contract. The conditions come in two parts, general conditions and special contract requirements.

• PAYMENT CONDITIONS The price of the whole accommodation service booked is always payable by the Guest in advance, at the latest upon arrival in the hotel. Set-off by the Guest is excluded unless the set- off relates to an undisputed or legally confirmed claim. Valid means of payment are cash in Euros, EC card, Master Card, Visa Card, Diners Card and American Express. For payment settlement we use the 3D Secure 2.0 system for secure and additional customer authorisation. • Test conditions 6.1.1. The test shall be performed on a flat, dry concrete or asphalt surface affording good adhesion.

• PROJECT CONDITIONS A. The Grantee agrees to the following Project Conditions:

• Standard Conditions; Definitions 1.01. The Standard Conditions for Grants Made by the World Bank Out of Various Funds, dated July 1, 2008 (“Standard Conditions”), constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

• ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS A. Special Contract Conditions revisions: the corresponding subsections of the Special Contract Conditions referenced below are replaced in their entirety with the following:

• General Conditions; Definitions 1.01. The General Conditions (as defined in the Appendix to this Agreement) constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
