Common use of For Own Account Clause in Contracts

For Own Account. The Shares are being purchased for the Subscriber's own account without the participation of any other person, unless Subscriber is purchasing the securities for the benefit of another as described in Section 5.2, with the intent of holding the Shares for investment and without the intent of participating, directly or indirectly, in a distribution of the Shares and not with a view to, or for resale in connection with, any distribution of the Shares, nor is the Subscriber aware of the existence of any distribution of the Corporation's securities.

For Own Account. The Shares are being purchased for the Subscriber's ’s own account without the participation of any other person, unless Subscriber is purchasing the securities for the benefit of another as described in Section 5.2, with the intent of holding the Shares for investment and without the intent of participating, directly or indirectly, in a distribution of the Shares and not with a view to, or for resale in connection with, any distribution of the Shares, nor is the Subscriber aware of the existence of any distribution of the Corporation's ’s securities.

The Shares are being purchased for the Subscriber's Subscriber ’ s own account without the participation of any other person, unless Subscriber is purchasing the securities for the benefit of another as described in Section 5.2, with the intent of holding the Shares for investment and without the intent of participating, directly or indirectly, in a distribution of the Shares and not with a view to, or for resale in connection with, any distribution of the Shares, nor is the Subscriber aware of the existence of any distribution of the Corporation's Corporation ’ s securities.
