For Plans without Deductible Option. i) If the provisions of the Contribution Clause apply, (under Section VIII.10), Our liability to make payment under the claim shall be first apportioned accordingly. ii) Where a room accommodation is opted for higher than the eligible room category under the plan, the room rent for the applicable accommodation will be apportioned.
