First Year Vaccinations. We will cover Reasonable and Customary charges for vaccination expenses for the New Born Baby as per National Immunization Scheme (India) listed below, till the baby completes 1 year (12 months) upto the limits specified in the Schedule. Any restored Sum Insured will not be available for coverage under this section. We will continue to provide Reasonable and Customary charges for vaccination of the New Born Baby until it completes 12 months, if the Policy ends before the New Born Baby has completed one year. Related to First Year Vaccinations

  • Milestones Subject to the provisions of the SGIP, the Parties shall agree on milestones for which each Party is responsible and list them in Attachment 4 of this Agreement. A Party’s obligations under this provision may be extended by agreement. If a Party anticipates that it will be unable to meet a milestone for any reason other than a Force Majeure event, it shall immediately notify the other Parties of the reason(s) for not meeting the milestone and (1) propose the earliest reasonable alternate date by which it can attain this and future milestones, and (2) requesting appropriate amendments to Attachment 4. The Party affected by the failure to meet a milestone shall not unreasonably withhold agreement to such an amendment unless it will suffer significant uncompensated economic or operational harm from the delay, (1) attainment of the same milestone has previously been delayed, or (2) it has reason to believe that the delay in meeting the milestone is intentional or unwarranted notwithstanding the circumstances explained by the Party proposing the amendment.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets:

  • Planning Periods Teachers in secondary schools shall receive not less than 225 minutes of unassigned planning time on a weekly basis and shall be scheduled for one unassigned planning period per day of not less than forty-five (45) consecutive minutes. Neither this provision, nor 8.8 below will apply during times when the normal school schedule must be adjusted during emergencies; or in cases when an individual teacher has requested in writing to teach more than the usual number of periods for teachers in that subject in that school, or in the case of a teacher who volunteers for other school activities during the scheduled unassigned planning period.

  • Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the LHIN and may be required to incorporate (1) prudent multi-year financial forecasts; (2) plans for the achievement of performance targets; and (3) realistic risk management strategies. It will be aligned with the LHIN’s then current Integrated Health Service Plan and will reflect local LHIN priorities and initiatives. If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.

  • Development Milestones In addition to its obligations under Paragraph 7.1, LICENSEE specifically commits to achieving the following development milestones in its diligence activities under this AGREEMENT: (a) (b).

  • Milestone A principal event specified in the Contract Documents including the Material Completion and Occupancy Date and other events relating to an intermediate completion date or time.

  • Production Phase contract period in which the Development and the Production are to be performed.

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • Initial Trunk Forecast Requirements At least ninety (90) days before initiating interconnection in a LATA, Emergency shall provide Verizon a two (2)-year traffic forecast that complies with the Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide, as revised from time to time. This initial traffic forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Interconnection Trunk groups in the LATA over the next eight (8) quarters.
