For Seller That Is an Agency of The DOD. The following provision applies only to a Seller that is an agency of the DOD. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the DOD shall pay for all costs associated with the Company's investment in the Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities and other reasonable interconnection costs by means of a modification to the existing electric service contract. The contract modification shall be executed prior to effectuating this Agreement.
