For Technical Assistance Recipients. (i) If the Recipient has applied for CDFI certification or is already certified as a CDFI as of the date of this Assistance Agreement: the Recipient has neither actual nor constructive knowledge of any events or pending matters that may adversely affect its CDFI certification application or its status as a certified CDFI, as the case may be.
