For TI. 9.2.1. TI warrants and represents that it is free to enter into this Agreement without breach of any other agreement or obligation to any third party, that it has full legal power and authority to enter into this Agreement, and that no consent or authorization of any third party is required for it to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.
