For Versioned Software. Material adverse changes published after the date a Product is first licensed will not apply to any licenses for that Product acquired during the applicable Enrollment term unless the changes are published with the release of a new version and Customer chooses to update to that version. Renewal of Software Assurance does not change which Use Rights apply to perpetual Licenses acquired during a previous term or Enrollment
