The 'For Wholesale' clause defines the terms and conditions under which goods or services are provided specifically for wholesale transactions, as opposed to retail or direct-to-consumer sales. For Wholesale and Trade Customers all prices quoted are duty paid and delivered (within the UK mainland*) but exclude VAT.
For Wholesale and Trade Customers Delivery is FREE for orders over £250 + VAT to a single UK mainland address, additional charges may apply to areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. All orders of less than £250 + VAT will be subject to a delivery charge (minimum £8.47 + VAT).

For Wholesale. Driver Salesmen and Depot Hauler a meal allowance of per meal will be paid when such drivers are actually pulling routes and are away from the plant for over ten hours. For Wholesale Driver Salesmen only, an allowance of per day will be paid to cover driving time but the allowance will only be paid when the drivers are actually pulling routes. In the event of a breakdown or malfunction of a Route Commander or Printer for which a Driver is not responsible and which breakdown or malfunction necessitates the Driver having to remain at the premises beyond what would normally be required to finish the day’s work the normal processing of information into the Route Commander and Printer) the Company will pay the Driver the sum of for each hour the Driver is required to stay (but not less than if less than one hour and not more than two (2) hours maximum). Driver must state reason for breakdown. In the event an Employee has position eliminated and such Employee exercises seniority rights under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and takes a lower paying position than the one that is eliminated, then such Employee will maintain wage rate to a maximum period of three (3) months. At the end of the maximum three (3) month period, then such Employee shall have wage rate reduced to the rate provided for in the Collective Bargaining Agreement for such lower paying position.
