Common use of Force Majeure Effect Clause in Contracts

Force Majeure Effect. If a Party is rendered wholly or partly unable to perform its duties and obligations under this AGREEMENT because of a Force Majeure event, that Party shall be temporarily excused to the extent necessary from whatever performance is affected by the Force Majeure event to the extent so affected.
