Force Majeure Event Exceeds 90 Days. Notwithstanding anything contained in herein above and Article 3 (Term of the Contract), in the event Force Majeure condition continues and remains un-remedied for period of [90] days from the date of beginning of Force Majeure condition, the Sellers shall have sole discretion to terminate the Contract without any liability on its part, on this account.
