Pressure. The System user is not entitled to deliver natural gas to Gas Connect Austria at the Entry Point Überackern Sudal at a pressure of below 64 bar. Normal cubic meter (Nm³) is a cubic meter of natural gas at 273.15 K (= 0°C) and 101,325 kPa (=1.01325 bara). The natural gas delivered by the System User at the Entry Point Überackern 7-fields for transportation must be in line with the following chemical and physical specifications:
Pressure. Shipper shall Tender or cause to be Tendered Gas and Joint Dedicated Liquid Condensate to each applicable Receipt Point at sufficient pressure to enter the Gathering System against its operating pressure, but not in excess of the maximum operating pressure set forth in the design documents for the applicable Facility Segment contained in the applicable, approved Gathering System Plan (which such maximum operating pressure shall be sufficient to permit such Gas and Joint Dedicated Liquid Condensate to enter the Gathering System and the facilities of the Processing Plants, Downstream Pipelines or Downstream Condensate Storage Tanks (as applicable) but not higher than the MAOP of the Downstream Pipelines or other facilities). Shipper shall have the obligation to ensure that Gas and Joint Dedicated Liquid Condensate is prevented from entering the Gathering System at pressures in excess of such maximum operating pressure, and Gatherer shall have the right to restrict or relieve the flow of Gas and Joint Dedicated Liquid Condensate into the Gathering System to protect the Gathering System from over pressuring. Gatherer shall not change such maximum operating pressures without prior written notification to Shipper. Gatherer shall install, own, operate and maintain compression facilities sufficient to deliver Shipper’s owned and Controlled Gas and Joint Dedicated Liquid Condensate into the applicable Delivery Points. Re-deliveries of Gas and Joint Dedicated Liquid Condensate by Gatherer to or for the account of Shipper at the applicable Delivery Points shall be at such pressures as may exist from time to time in the Gathering System at the applicable Delivery Point. Gatherer’s obligation to re-deliver Gas and Joint Dedicated Liquid Condensate to a given Delivery Point shall be subject to the operational limitations of the Processing Plant or Downstream Pipelines (as applicable) receiving such Gas or Joint Dedicated Liquid Condensate (as applicable), including the Processing Plant’s or Downstream Pipeline’s capacity, Gas measurement capability, operating pressures and any operational balancing agreements as may be applicable.
Pressure. 10.1 The quantities of gas delivered or caused to be delivered by Shipper to Transporter hereunder shall be delivered into Transporter's pipeline system at a pressure sufficient to enter Transporter's system, but in no event shall such gas be delivered at a pressure exceeding the maximum authorized operating pressure or such other pressure as Transporter permits at the Point(s)
Pressure. Seller shall deliver gas at the Point(s) of Delivery at a pressure sufficient to effect delivery into the receiving Transporter(s)' facilities.
Pressure. 7.1 Shipper shall deliver the Natural Gas at the Delivery Point at a Pressure not
(i) lower than the minimum pressure; and
(ii) higher than the maximum pressure, agreed between Transitgas and the operators of the gas transit systems in the respective Interconnection Agreements. Carrier shall keep Shipper duly informed of any changes to the Pressure specifications contained in these Interconnection Agreements. If Shipper delivers Natural Gas at the Delivery Point at a Pressure:
(a) lower than the minimum Pressure limit set forth above Carrier shall be entitled to reduce the Natural Gas off taken at the Delivery Point in order to restore the pressure to the minimum delivery Pressure; and
(b) higher than the maximum Pressure limit set forth above, Carrier shall be entitled to refuse taking delivery of Natural Gas until the above maximum Pressure limit is restored. In any case Shipper shall indemnify Carrier from and against any losses, damages and costs caused to Carrier by the delivery of Natural Gas which does not comply with this GC 7.1 by Shipper at the Delivery Point properly documented by Carrier.
7.2 Provided that Shipper delivered Natural Gas with the specifications laid down in GC 7.1, Carrier shall redeliver the Natural Gas at the Redelivery Point at a Pressure not lower than the minimum pressure agreed between Transitgas and the operator(s) of the gas transit system in the respective Interconnection Agreement(s).
7.3 If:
(i) the Natural Gas delivered by Carrier at the Redelivery Point does not comply with the specification laid down in GC 7.2; and
(ii) provided that the Natural Gas delivered by Shipper at the Delivery Point complied with the specification laid down in GC 7.1, Shipper shall be entitled to refuse such Natural Gas only in the event that said Natural Gas is refused by the operator of the downstream gas transit system and such Natural Gas shall be deemed as not redelivered at the Redelivery Point by Carrier for all purposes of this Agreement. In such case Carrier shall indemnify Shipper from and against any losses, damages and costs caused to Shipper by the redelivery of such Natural Gas by Carrier at the Redelivery Point, but only to the extent requested and properly documented by Shipper on the basis of the requests and the documentation submitted by the operator of the downstream gas transit system.
7.4 Shipper acknowledges that its Natural Gas delivered at the Delivery Point to be transited under this Agreement shall be transited th...
Pressure. For purposes of measurement and meter calibration, the atmospheric pressure for each of the Receipt Points and Delivery Points shall be assumed to be the pressure value determined by Gatherer, or its designee, for the county elevation in which such point is located pursuant to generally accepted industry practices irrespective of the actual atmospheric pressure at such points from time to time. For the purposes herein, such atmospheric pressure will be assumed to be 14.65 pounds per square inch absolute.
Pressure. High precision pressure gauges (accurate to ± 1%) shall be fitted to the condenser and evaporator and to the compressor inlet when the evaporator is fitted with a pressure regulator.
Pressure. The gas delivered by Customer at the Receipt Point(s) shall be delivered at a pressure sufficient to overcome the operating pressure existing in Company's or its Transporter's facility from time to time; however, in no event shall such delivery pressure exceed the maximum operating pressure of the system receiving the gas. The gas delivered at the Delivery Point(s) shall be delivered by Company's Transporter at the pressure existing from time- to-time in Company's or Transporter's pipeline. Company's Transporter shall not be obligated to install or operate compression facilities in order to effect receipt or delivery of gas. Customer (or Customer's designee), any transporter and Company's Transporter are completely and solely responsible for the installation and maintenance of overpressure protection equipment on their own pipeline(s), valve(s) and any other interconnection equipment.
Pressure. 9.1 Subject to availability of adequate gas pressure Sellers shall maintain a pressure for the offtake of adequate Gas at the Delivery Point(s) of not more than 4 bar.
9.2 The Sellers shall use their reasonable endeavors to deliver Sales Gas at a uniform hourly rate. The Buyer shall use its reasonable endeavors to take Sales Gas at a uniform hourly rate.
9.3 Title and risk in Sales Gas shall pass from the Sellers to the Buyer at the Delivery Point, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing.
10.1 The quality of the Sellers' Gas delivered hereunder shall be the quality of such Sellers' Gas as usually made available by Sellers at the Delivery Point. Sellers shall (use its best efforts to) ensure the quality Specifications for the Sellers' Gas at the Delivery Point.
10.2 If the quality of Sellers’ Sales Gas does not meet Specification as set in Appendix 1, Buyer in such exceptional cases may reject such Sellers’ Sales Gas. The Buyers shall not be liable for any Minimum Guaranteed Offtake (MGO) Obligation in respect of quantities of Sellers’ Sales Gas that does not meet the Specifications and is rejected Buyer.
