FORCE MAJEURE (EXCUSABLE DELAY). Except as provided in this Lease, any act of City or Lessee required by this Lease to be done within a specified time shall be subject to Excusable Delay. Xxxxxx’s obligation to pay Rent, however, is not excused by this Section.
