Common use of Force Majeure Period Clause in Contracts

Force Majeure Period. 19.4.1 In this Clause, reference to Force Majeure period shall mean the period from the date and time specified in the notice given by the Affected Party in respect of a Force Majeure Event and Force Majeure Period will not extend for more than 7 days in the entire period of Phase I.
