Common use of FORCED OUT OF DISTRICT Clause in Contracts

FORCED OUT OF DISTRICT. When a Driver is forced out of District, the Company will assign the Work Shifts in the most efficient manner that would incur the least expense to the Company, with the Drivers' pay to start and finish at their Home Terminal unless requested by the Company to overnight away from their home District. Such Work Shifts will be dispatched with a zero dollar value.
