Use of District Facilities. 1 The Association shall have the right to use District facilities for Association meetings provided advance approval is granted by the District according to the District Building Use Guidelines.
Use of District Facilities. The Union or its representatives shall be allowed the use of the facilities of the District for meetings outside of normal working hours. The Union shall request and schedule the use of the facilities through the District’s Building Use procedure. District policy shall govern any charges.
Use of District Facilities. 3.4.1 The Association, upon request to the School Director, may use District facilities for meetings and other Association business without cost where no additional cost is incurred by the District. If additional cost is incurred by the District, such cost will be borne by the Association.
3.4.2 The Association shall have bulletin board space provided in each building in an area normally frequented by teachers for the exclusive use of the Association for posting its materials.
3.4.3 The District mail service and teacher mailboxes shall be available for use by the Association to distribute newsletters, bulletins, notices, and other Association materials. All Association distributions shall be provided to all administrators.
Use of District Facilities. 29 The CSEA may use school buildings for meetings subject to the following conditions:
31 1. Use does not interfere with or impair the educational program.
33 2. Use has not already been granted under statute or District regulations.
35 3. The principal and/or Superintendent have been notified and granted approval in advance of the 36 time and place of such meeting.
38 4. When required, CSEA shall fill out appropriate facility-use forms. 39
Use of District Facilities. The Association shall have the right to reasonable use of school buildings and facilities upon reasonable notice by the Association to the District. Every unit member will be provided a mail box.
Use of District Facilities. The Association may use District facilities, when not otherwise in use, for the purpose of meetings concerned with the exercise of rights guaranteed by the Educational Employment Relations Act. District policies regulating the use of facilities must be followed. The Association may use the school mailboxes and bulletin board spaces (at least two of which shall be designated by the Superintendent or designee in places where unit members work) and e-mail subject to the following conditions:
Use of District Facilities. The Board authorizes the Union to use the District's facilities and buildings at times other than normal working hours and hours of student instruction, so long as the Union submits the appropriate forms.
Use of District Facilities. The School may use District facilities in accordance with District policies KF and KF-R, Community Use of School Facilities.
Use of District Facilities. Facilities in District buildings may be used for Association meetings on normal workdays between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. during non-duty hours, provided that such meetings shall not interfere with the normal District operations, do not cause additional expense to the District (excluding utility costs), do not create additional security problems and arrangements are made with the appropriate manager in advance. Usage after 5 p.m. must be approved by the Superintendent or designee.
Use of District Facilities. All Faculty shall have the right of access to District buildings for the purpose of District business, providing there is no interference with the regular academic program. The usual facility reservation procedure will be followed.
