Common use of Forecasting Requirements Clause in Contracts

Forecasting Requirements. 2.2.1 Within ninety (90) days of executing the Agreement, PBX shall provide Frontier a two (2)-year traffic forecast. This initial forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Frontier pursuant to this Attachment, over the next eight (8) quarters. 2.2.2 Ongoing forecast requirements. Where the Parties are already exchanging traffic through a Third Party Tandem Switch in a LATA, PBX shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast when PBX develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ exchange of traffic through such Third Party Tandem Switch in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) PBX plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) PBX plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) PBX plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) PBX expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) PBX LNS plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) PBX LNS plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) PBX LNS plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) PBX LNS expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) PBX Spectrotel plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) PBX Spectrotel plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) PBX Spectrotel plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) PBX Spectrotel expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) PBX Threshold plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) PBX Threshold plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) PBX Threshold plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) PBX Threshold expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) PBX TWCIS plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) PBX TWCIS plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) PBX TWCIS plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) PBX TWCIS expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Forecasting Requirements. 2.2.1 Within ninety (90) days of executing the Agreement, PBX Ymax shall provide Frontier Verizon a two (2)-year traffic forecast. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) PBX Ymax plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) PBX Ymax plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) PBX Ymax plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) PBX Ymax expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) PBX Xxxx Tell plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) PBX Xxxx Tell plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) PBX Xxxx Tell plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) PBX Xxxx Tell expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) PBX NexGen plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) PBX NexGen plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) PBX NexGen plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) PBX NexGen expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) PBX New Horizons plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) PBX New Horizons plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) PBX New Horizons plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) PBX New Horizons expects a significant change in traffic volume.

This initial forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Frontier Verizon pursuant to this Attachment, over the next eight (8) quarters. 2.2.2 Ongoing forecast requirements. Where the Parties are already exchanging traffic through a Third Party Tandem Switch in a LATA, PBX TQCI shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast when PBX TQCI develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ exchange of traffic through such Third Party Tandem Switch in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) PBX TQCI plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) PBX TQCI plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) PBX TQCI plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) PBX TQCI expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Forecasting Requirements. 2.2.1 Within ninety (90) days of executing the Agreement, PBX BCN shall provide Frontier Verizon a two (2)-year traffic forecast. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) PBX Telrite plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) PBX Telrite plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) PBX Telrite plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) PBX Telrite expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Where the Parties are already exchanging traffic through a Third Party Tandem Switch in a LATA, PBX Alltel shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast when PBX Alltel develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ exchange of traffic through such Third Party Tandem Switch in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) PBX Alltel plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) PBX Alltel plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Two-Way Wireless Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) PBX Alltel plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) PBX Alltel expects a significant change in traffic volume.

This initial forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Frontier Verizon pursuant to this Attachment, over the next eight (8) quarters. 2.2.2 Ongoing forecast requirements. Where the Parties are already exchanging traffic through a Third Party Tandem Switch in a LATA, PBX MHT shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast when PBX MHT develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ exchange of traffic through such Third Party Tandem Switch in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) PBX MHT plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) PBX MHT plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) PBX MHT plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) PBX MHT expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) PBX D-Max plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) PBX D-Max plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) PBX D-Max plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) PBX D-Max expects a significant change in traffic volume.

This initial forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Frontier pursuant to this Attachment, over the next eight (8) quarters. 2.2.2 Ongoing forecast requirements. Where the Parties are already exchanging traffic through a Third Party Tandem Switch in a LATA, PBX Ednetics shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast when PBX Ednetics develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ exchange of traffic through such Third Party Tandem Switch in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) PBX Ednetics plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) PBX Ednetics plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) PBX Ednetics plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) PBX Ednetics expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Forecasting Requirements. 2.2.1 Within ninety (90) days of executing the Agreement, PBX VNCI shall provide Frontier Verizon a two (2)-year traffic forecast.
