Operational Review. Representatives of Requesting Carrier and Ameritech will meet on a quarterly basis, beginning with the end of the first complete quarter following the date on which the Parties first provision services under this Agreement, to determine that the service cycle of pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and billing categories are addressed, including the following:
(a) Interfaces and processes are operational and, consistent with the forecast provided under Section 19.5.2, the orders of Requesting Carrier Customers for Resale Services are successfully completed;
(b) When applicable, interfaces and processes are operational and, consistent with the forecast provided under Section 19.5.2, the orders for unbundled Loops are successfully completed;
(c) Review of all agreed-upon performance standards; and
(d) Requesting Carrier’s use of all functions available from the Provisioning EI and Maintenance EI.
Operational Review all unit health care facilities are subject to routine or special Operational Review inspections conducted to ascertain compliance with health care policies. TDCJ’s Health Services Division will develop and implement a system-wide assessment mechanism for Operational Review results and perform trend analyses of these results to identify recurring issues and to identify at risk units for special review. Such assessment mechanisms shall define tolerable error rates and performance standards. Following each Operational Review, the status of compliance with the policies shall be documented in a written report provided to the University Provider. Corrective action plans shall be developed for any identified deficiencies and submitted to the TDCJ Health Services Division Director for approval in accordance with established procedures.
Operational Review. The ISO will perform an operational review of all facilities that are to be connected to, or made part of, the ISO Controlled Grid to ensure that the facilities being proposed provide for acceptable operating flexibility and meet all its requirements for proper integration with the ISO Controlled Grid. If the ISO finds that such facilities do not provide for acceptable operating flexibility or do not adequately integrate with the ISO Controlled Grid, the Participating TO will reassess its determination of the facilities required to be constructed.
Operational Review. YPS and Publisher, by mutual agreement, will periodically review and modify the exhibits to this Agreement as necessary or appropriate to ensure that they are complete and accurate.
Operational Review. 1. From time to time, BC Housing may conduct an onsite operational review to determine compliance with the terms of this Agreement and any other agreements between the Provider and BC Housing.
2. BC Housing will provide the Provider with thirty (30) days’ written notice of an operational review.
Operational Review. During the Month of December of each Calendar Year during the Term (or such other Month as is mutually agreed by the Parties), the Chief Executive Officer of each of eBay and PayPal shall prepare a written assessment of each Party’s compliance under this Agreement and the Product Development Agreement, the costs and benefits of this Agreement and the Product Development Agreement to eBay or PayPal, as applicable, the Product Development Plan for the upcoming Calendar Year, the Parties’ performance of the Development Projects included in the Product Development Plan for the current Calendar Year and any other aspect of the relationship between the Parties governed by this Agreement and the Product Development Agreement as such Chief Executive Officer deems relevant (a “CEO Assessment”). The CEO Assessments shall be distributed to the Chairman of the board of directors, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Audit Committee of eBay and PayPal as well as any member of the eBay or PayPal board of directors who served as the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer of eBay immediately prior to the Effective Time (the “Operational Review Group”). The Operational Review Group shall meet within thirty (30) days of the distribution of the CEO Assessments to review the CEO Assessments and other aspects of the relationship between the Parties governed by this Agreement as the Operational Review Group shall deem relevant. The Operational Review Group will also consider any findings noted in each Audit report produced in an External Audit or an Internal Audit and develop and agree upon an action plan to promptly address and resolve any deficiencies, concerns and/or recommendations in such Audit report, and, unless mutually agreed by the Parties, the Party responding to a deficiency, concern and/or recommendation in an Audit report, shall, at its own expense, undertake remedial action in accordance with such action plan. During the Month of June of each Calendar Year during the Term (or such other Month as is mutually agreed by the Parties), the boards of directors of each of eBay and PayPal shall meet with each other and discuss the aspects of the relationship between the Parties governed by this Agreement, including opportunities for additional or expanded commercial relationships on arm’s length terms.
Operational Review. 18.5.1 Representatives of requesting carrier and Ameritech will meet on a quarterly basis, beginning with the end of the first complete quarter after services are provided hereunder, to determine that the service cycle of pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and billing categories are addressed, including the following:
(a) Interfaces and processes are operational and the agreed-upon numbers of requesting carrier Customers for residential and business Resale Services are successfully completed per day;
(b) Interfaces and processes are operational and the agreed-upon numbers of orders for Combinations are successfully completed per day;
(c) When applicable, Interfaces and processes are operational and the agreed-upon numbers of orders for unbundled Loops are successfully completed per day;
(d) Review of all agreed-upon performance standards; and
(e) The accuracy rate for bills for wholesale xxxx validation process.
Operational Review. 1. At least annually (as part of the annual Operating Budget review process), the City may conduct an onsite operational review of the Operator’s compliance with statutory requirements and the terms of this Agreement.
Operational Review. 1. From time to time, BC Housing will conduct an on-site operational review to determine compliance with the terms of this Agreement and any other agreements between the Provider and BC Housing.
2. BC Housing will provide the Provider with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice of such an operational review. SCHEDULE D – RESIDENT AND STAFF MANAGEMENT A. RESIDENT SELECTION AND MANAGEMENT
1. No Landlord and Tenant Relationship. No landlord and tenant relationship will exist between the Resident and BC Housing. It is understood that BC Housing will not be responsible to the Provider for any breach or failure of the Resident to observe any of the terms of the Residency Agreement between the Resident and the Provider, including the covenant to pay the Resident Rent Contribution.
Operational Review. In accordance with its obligation to monitor operations as set out in 0, BC Housing will from time to time, as determined by BC Housing, perform a full review of the Society’s operation of the Development to determine conformance with the terms of this agreement. The Society will comply with all reasonable requests from BC Housing to enable BC Housing to complete the review, including providing access to the Development at any reasonable time.
